These are the providers that process personal data for Wayframer, what each one does and what it receives. Each one receives only what its job needs. We update this page when we add or remove a provider.

Hosting and delivery

  • Laravel Cloud. Hosts the app, its database, its background jobs and the files you upload. Receives everything stored in Wayframer.

  • Cloudflare. Carries traffic to and from wayframer.com and screens it for attacks and automated abuse. Receives requests to the site, including IP addresses and browser details.

  • Bunny Fonts. Serves the typefaces our pages and emails use. Receives the IP address and browser details of whoever loads a page or email.

Huxley and AI features

  • OpenAI. Generates replies for Huxley and the other AI features, makes knowledge base documents searchable, and turns speech into text and replies into speech. Receives the parts of your work and conversation each request needs, the documents you add to a knowledge base, and voice recordings if you use voice.

  • Anthropic. Generates replies for the features that use Claude models. Receives the parts of your work and conversation each request needs.

  • Brave Search. Runs web searches for Huxley. Receives the search terms Huxley writes from your request.

  • ActiveCampaign. Holds our email contacts and sends our newsletters. Receives the name, email address, company and referral source of each new account, and account events such as a change of plan.

Monitoring and analytics

  • Sentry. Reports errors in the app to our team. Receives technical details of each error, such as where in the code it happened and the address requested, and is set up to leave out personal data.

  • Slack. Alerts our team to errors and system events. Receives the technical details of each alert.

  • Google Analytics. Counts visits to our pages, and only after you allow analytics cookies. Receives each page's address with IDs, codes and email addresses blanked out, your browser and device type, and an approximate location worked out from your IP address, which Google does not store.
